Launched in 2017, Seaport Food Lab was built around a simple idea: give chefs the freedom to create without limits. The result? An annual pop-up series in Lower Manhattan where acclaimed and emerging culinary voices craft original, one-of-a-kind dining experiences—while spotlighting a neighborhood on the rise.
Designed for curious diners and passionate food lovers—whether local or just passing through—each installment invites a different chef to share their personal vision of the perfect meal. No rules, no restrictions—just bold ideas, unexpected ingredients, and a space to experiment.
Past chefs have included Top Chef winner and fellow contestants Melissa King, Sylvia Barban, and Mei Lin; fan-favorite internet chefs like Christina Chaey, Pierce Abernathy, and DeVonn Francis; and celebrated names from the fine dining world, including Michael White, Josh Capon & Conor Hanlon, and Leah Cohen.
